This home offers a gas fireplace to cozy up to on a cold night while listening to the waves crash on the nearby beach. This home is single level with all bedrooms located at the back of the home. The home has a spacious front deck and charcoal BBQ available for cooking in and soaking up the sun. Open living room layout to visit all together while on vacation. The place was perfect for 6 girls celebrating my 30th birthday. We loved spending time on the porch and walking to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner for two of the nights. The only downside was the check-in process, we had trouble trying to meet up with the property management but they were nice enough to give us two bottles of wine. Place is stunning!

Especially after the remodel, the house is serene and comfortable, and you can't beat the location. I've cooked many meals in the kitchen and it's incredibly well-stocked. The beds and other furniture are comfortable. Moonstone Beach Boardwalk is less than a block away. Our family loves this house and will definitely stay here again!

We spent a fabulous Christmas in this home. Three houses to the boardwalk on Moonstone Beach. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Easy to cook Christmas turkey dinner. Went to the Cambria Christmas Market and Hearst Twilight Holiday Tour. Comfy beds, fireplace and nice bathrooms. We will do this again!

The house was in beautiful shape. It had all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, a wonderful front porch and walkable to the ocean. A bit of a walk to downtown, but still doable, partially along a boardwalk. Four minute car ride to a state park just south of where we were that had beautiful trails along the bluff overlooking the ocean with its crashing waves. I hope we can come back and stay again soon!

A perfect location a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Well equipped, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. My only negative comment would be the master bedroom mattress. It could really use an upgrade, but the rest of the house was so nice and we had such a pleasant stay that I feel bad mentioning it, but felt it should be pointed out. Dont let my comment keep you from staying here, it is such a pleasant place to stay! Staff at Breen were very pleasant too.
