About this apartment rental
Due to the Covid, even more special attention will be paid before your arrival; use of bleach, household alcohol and Marseille soap for the whole apartment, furniture and utensils. The household linen is washed at 60 ° C. Hydro-alcoholic gel will be provided .

Upon entering the apartment you will enjoy the fantastic views of one of the most beautiful bays of the World and like the balcony that opens to the Mediterranean
Inside, to better accommodate you, all the equipment is new, leather couch was facing the sunrise and the queen size bed (160x200) faces the horizon.
Internet connection and connected TV HD will allow you to access your Netflix account, Facebook, Youtube, etc, of course, you can also connect your mobile devices.
We offer you a small safe for your valuables.
Since the airport Nice Côte d'Azur you can reach the apartment with the Tram (stop Carras/Promenade) on foot, a first stroll along the seafront in about 30 minutes or by taxi.
If you arrive by train, Gare de Nice - St Augustin is the closest, about twenty minutes.
If you arrive by car, you can park the car on a few free spots in the street behind the apartment. Otherwise, you can park in the "parking public des Bosquets" 400m from the apartment (fees upon request).
From either side, you will find bus stops and station "self-blue" (electric car rental and private recharging).
Station 'blue bikes' 30 meters (bike rental free 30 minutes and 1 € / hour), bike path along the Promenade des Anglais.
Jet Ski rental 400 meters.
"Feet in the water," you will enjoy the beach, even "out of season".
With access facilities, our apartment is also an ideal starting point to discover Nice, a capital with a rich cultural heritage and colorful history but also, Monaco, Cannes, the "perched villages" and the beautiful landscapes of this beautiful region, full of events and festivals throughout the year.

Shops and restaurants are nearby, in the street behind the complex: many shops, including a supermarket open 7/7, several good bakeries and all useful services, banks, post office, pharmacy, ...

On your request, we will be happy to show you the typical local addresses to taste the culinary specialties of Nice (pan bagnat, ravioli, socca, pissaladière, etc.).

A wonderful place to enjoy all Nice has to offer!! The apartment is very nice and affords a beautiful sea view from the balcony. It’s got a well appointed kitchen and beach mats and chairs to enjoy the beach across the street. The tram stop to the airport and to Old Town is just around the corner and several market options are nearby. The owner is a delightful lady and very accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place. Right next to the beach and transport stop. We were easily able to travel all over France from this one location. Great restaurants nearby too! There's also an easy commute to the airport. I would highly recommend this place.

This was the very best apartment! It is very clean, the views are absolutely beautiful, and the location is fabulous! The owner, Valerie, is so helpful and very communicative. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.
