Villa Bagatelle - Luxury apartment

Wir konnten das Apartment schon vor dem Check-In beziehen und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Das Apartment ist erstklassig und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist verkehrsgünstig (nah beim Flughafen, Buslinie vor dem Haus, Straßenbahnen hinter dem Haus).

Aufgrund der Lage im Erdgeschoß ist es recht laut, wenn man die Fenster offen lässt. Außer dem Verkehr auf der Promenade des Anglais sind auch nächtliche "Gespräche" von Passanten störend. Leider gibt es kein separates WC. Das Badezimmer mit WC, Bidet und Dusche ist aber sehr geräumig.

Location and all was nice

We couldn’t fault the interior of the apartment. It was stunning. Modern, excellent quality furnishings. Fresh and clean. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Plenty of towels, even provided beach towels, beach mats and a beach umbrella. Plenty of decent crockery and cutlery. Thank you for the wine. That was a nice surprise. Good location, literally 8 mins from the airport and the tram and bus stop are a 2 minute walk from the apartment. To walk into the centre of Nice from Ville Bagatelle it’s approximately 45 minutes. It’s a lovely walk along the promenade. The apartment itself is situated overlooking the sea and as you step out the main door you are on the promenade. The walls are paper thin in this apartment and above us was the noisiest family ever. The floors are period beautiful parquet floors and this only makes the continuous stomping around upstairs worse. Also as the location is literally right on the promenade, again this is extremely busy with traffic. Cars, motorbikes, buses and sirens are 24/7. Being located on the ground floor it’s disgusting to sleep. Highly recommend earplugs. They’re a must. Couldn’t get any English speaking TV channels, even using our own sign ins to apps? Would have been good on the day the weather was bad.
