We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is modern, clean, and very well equipped. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, and the tram stop is conveniently nearby. The host was very responsive and always replied quickly to any questions. Since the beach area is outside the busy city center, it was much quieter and less crowded, which we greatly appreciated. At the same time, it was very easy to reach the city center, the airport, and a large shopping mall by tram. Thank you for the wonderful stay and for helping make our time in Nice so enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Location was great close to the beach and airport to collect rental car, The apartment was spacious for a family of 5, the host was attentive and answered all of our questions.

super lage mit sicht auf das meer! 2 min zur promenade, tramhaltestelle vor dem haus. lift im gebäude. bequeme betten. gute ausstattung. unkompliziertes check-in und check-out, freundliche gastgeberin.
grundsätzliches für küche wie salz, pfeffer, öl wäre toll gewesen und zusätzliche handtücher für bad und wc.
