Location fantastic with either tram into the city or lovely walk along the promenade. Great to see the sun every morning through the windows.
Could do with some drawer units in the bedrooms.

Mycket bra läge med närhet till både buss och spårvagn samt alla möjliga affärer såsom Carrefour, SPAR, bagare, slaktare, bank etc. Mycket fin genomgående lägenhet med utsikt mot strandpromenaden och spårvägen. Vi blev ej trafikstörda (i alla fall över jul/nyår, vet ej vid sommaren).
Fullt utrustad lägenhet (minus ugn) med porslin, bestick,salt och peppar, diskmaskinstabletter, TV, lakan, handdukar, tvålar, schampo, duschtvål fanns. Också en shoppingvagn för att handla, så bra. Tvättmaskin och diskmaskin finns, så bra.
Hiss i huset. Bra kommunikation med värden.
Rent och städat. Värmeslinga i golv. Bra och fräscha vitvaror.
Lägenheten är lite sliten i ytskikten.
Separat toalett från badrummet.
Sammantaget rekommenderar vi detta boende och kommer försöka hyra det igen.
Vi som hyrde var 2 vuxna och 3 barn i åldern 11-16 år.
WC-rummet var trångt och slitet och det enda negativa.

The location was perfect; it's so close to the beach and also to restaurants and supermarkets. It was super easy to eat out or to shop and cook at home
The elevator was not working during our stay. one of my family members has a bad knee, and it was difficult for her to climb up the stairs

of course the view, the terrace, the layout, the room and the location
floor was filthy, batteries dead or missing in remotes, some of the lights, two rolls of half used toilet paper, no kitchen cloths, washer door broken and our clothes got stuck, not enough blankets. pillows on bed were not good, no garbage bags, service was non existent when contacted
