Strategic location close to airport

The place was absolutely great. In Nice there is a trade-off between being close to the center or to the airport. I found the house very well placed since it is really useful to be close to the airport for the most stressful part of the vacations. Perfectly possible to arrive even at the most complicated flight schedules with the possibility to enjoy not only Nice but Cannes also since it's located in between and very well connected to transport system. It's not for everyone but we loved the cozy style of the roof beds...

I think since we were a very very large group we missed some dinnerware and silverware. In any case nothing of big importance overall.

Venue à Nice pour le travail, nous sommes rapidement tombés sous le charme de cette maison dotée d’une très grande terrasse qui nous a permis de faire un barbecue entre amis. Ce couple est très à l’écoute, avec eux vous ne manquerez de rien. Nous sommes d’autant plus les premiers à avoir inauguré cette magnifique maison. A très vite🙂. Bodyguardinparis

Un four mais pas le moindre plat, pas le moindre saladier. Et si vous laissiez tomber le four prenons des conserves... Sans ouvre boîte c'est compliqué. Quelques verres et couverts mais pour 11 malgré avoir prévenu qu'il manquais de la vaisselle nous avons partagés nos repas soit en mangeant dans des assiettes à dessert soit avec une cuillère en guise de fourchette, dans des tupperwares achetés nous même pour pouvoir au moins mettre une salade ou une petite rillette de thon. Pas de bol pas de mugs, pas de quoi faire sécher nos serviettes et pas de Tancarville. Pas le moindre balais, une pelle et une balayette trouvée dans une male de jardin. Tient parlons du jardin, 250m2 de terrasse mais pas la moindre table pour pouvoir manger dehors Matelas posé au sol sur la mezzanine sans aucun sommier Le ménage laisse sérieusement à désirer Pas de Vmc On continue ?

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement pour sa grande terrasse, ses nombreux couchages, son excellent rapport qualité-prix, ainsi que pour la gentillesse, la grande disponibilité, et la fluidité des échanges avec la propriétaire.

Funktional eingerichtete Unterkunft nur 30 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt

Gefallen hat mir die relativ unkomplizierte Übergabe der Unterkunft und der Schlüssel. Die Dame hat zum Glück gutes Englisch gesprochen, da sonst Viele nur französisch sprechen, wären wir sonst an unsere Grenzen gestoßen. Gut war, dass wir am Abreisetag unser Gepäck den restlichen Tag auf der Terrasse Zwischenlagern konnten, um so den Tag in Nizza noch unbeschwert verbringen zu können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld fand ich nicht besonders gut. Bei jeder Frage, welche ich über booking direkt an den Besitzer der Unterkunft gestellt habe, kam in 99% der Fälle als Antwort nur eine Nachricht zurück mit irgendwelchen Absender-Daten (Anschrift, E-Mail etc.), aber keine Antwort auf meine Fragen. Die Kaution musste in bar vor Ort bezahlt werden (eine Quittung dafür gab es nicht). Zumal 800€ in bar mit sich rum zu tragen, nicht so toll war. Am Abreisetag stand zwar fest bis spätestens 11 Uhr die Unterkunft zu verlassen, aber hätten wir schon eher von dort los gewollt, wäre das nicht möglich gewesen, die Dame vom Anreisetag stand am Abreisetag um 11 Uhr in der Unterkunft. Direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße
