It is spacious and bright, featuring a well-equipped kitchen—complete with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plenty of cooking utensils and cookware—as well as a powerful vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, and three air conditioning units; plus, it is spotless. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from the apartment's windows is magnificent. There is a Spar supermarket just 100 meters away and a Carrefour supermarket—offering a wide range of organic products—within 250 meters. Tram lines L2 and L3 are 100 meters away, providing access to most major parts of the city, while trolleybus line 12 is 200 meters away and runs along the Promenade des Anglais, offering lovely sea views. All in all, choosing this apartment offers every advantage for a tourist. Angelo, the manager, is highly skilled and resolves any issues with Ferrari-like speed; communication with him is excellent, and we commend the professionalism he has consistently demonstrated.
