Don't be fooled by the ratings, he probably evaluates himself, we left earlier than we should have.
No-thing
It wasn't very clean, I'll attach a photo, there are parking spaces, but the neighbors don't allow flogging, keep in mind it's terribly cold in the house, it took us a day to turn on the heating, when there were problems with parking, it was dirty and cold, I asked the owner to return the money (half an hour after checking in) and we'll leave, which he I replied, get out, I won't give you anything back.

Great place. Close to tram stop / airport.
Great place. Very well presented. Aircon in lounge and fans in all the bedrooms. Excellent location. We easily got the tram two stops from the airport then it’s a short walk to the place (taxi tried to charge us 40 euros for the same short journey!) We just had one night as a stopover from the airport and it was perfectly located for that and much better value than any of the airport hotels! Easy self check in with clear instructions. Good communication throughout. Thank you

Logement très agréable mais avec une indigence pour le stationnement
Logement bien exposé, bien agencé, accessible par transports en commun,
L’hôte, en septembre, dans la présentation du logement, indiquait qu’un stationnement de véhicule pouvait avoir lieu occasionnellement dans le parking privé de la résidence. Atout non négligeable surtout à Nice. Nous avons appris à nos dépens, avec nos deux voitures, que ce n’ait qu’un ARGUMENT commerciale pour faciliter la location. Créant par là même l’obligation de parcourir 100 mètre à pieds avec ou sans charges. De plus, avec une seule clé, l’obligation d’effectuer des allées retours pour permettre aux 6 occupants d’entrer ou sortir séparément.

Bien pour un week-end !
Logement spacieux pour 6 personnes, 3 chambres agréables, 2 salles de bain-eau, l’accès tram très proche aéroport et pour accéder au centre de Nice. Logement calme
Propreté moyenne (douches, placards, miroirs..); manque éléments de base (filtres café, condiments..) pour la cuisine et pas de savon pour la douche… Pourtant pratique quand on voyage en avion! Lave vaisselle non fixé (propriétaire avisé) Stationnement difficile aux alentours avec voiture de location
