Perfect location

It can use some maintenance

The location and view are superb, just across from the beach, and the aircon is great in the heat. There are supermarkets, food stores and restaurants close by which makes life easy, and there are plenty of bikes across the road for cycling into the centre if you don't want to walk. Picking up the keys and being let into the apartment was easy.

We felt the experience was a little let down by: broken locks on the balcony doors (easy to fix); a blown/misty window pane on the balcony doors (photo in May '26); broken awning on the balcony (happened only a couple of weeks previously, but hanging parts could have at least been removed); large shower head in the bathroom mostly sprays horizontally; and a couple of basic kitchen products missing. Written instructions in the apartment regarding departure/rubbish/recycling would be helpful and might overcome confusion in timings. To be fair, the manager did have missing items sent quickly, along with a bottle.
