The sea view is beautiful & the space is appreciated! Host was excellent communicator. Good location in terms of situation on Promenade des Anglais & access to public transport & proximity to airport.
Furniture is outdated with too many personal knickknacks (teddy bears & some strange ornaments). Bed linen could be improved as we were sometimes chilly with air conditioning & had to use some older blankets at top of cupboard. Air conditioning units need updating .. broken duct (although quickly repaired) & damage in bathroom ceiling. The worst point of all to spoil this beautiful original Appartment was the back access, and the terrible musty odour as you climbed the staircase (lift out of order) which subsequently penetrated into the appartment.

Beautiful space, amazing views, air conditioning, clean, everything you need is there, the tram is so close, store across the street and Daniel was so helpful and friendly!!
Sometimes the smell in the hall was overwhelming from the garbage downstairs.
