Very clean and comfortable property with good transport links from airport or into town centre (if you don’t fancy 45 minute walk along the famous promenade) and convenience store plus patisseries and boucherie etc all within a couple of minutes walk. Most of all the view onto seafront is stunning, especially at sunrise. The host is very friendly and helpful. A perfect base to experience Nice in style.
We loved absolutely everything as a couple but beware that 2nd double bedroom at back of property doesn’t offer the same beach views.

L appartement est idéalement situé sur la Promenade des Anglais, à côté d un arrêt de bus et à 2 min à pieds d un arrêt de tram. Des magasins, boulangeries et pharmacie se trouvent également à proximité. La vue est magnifique. Il est équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un court ou plus long séjour. Cendrine nous a très gentiment accueillis et nous a donné des conseils précieux.
Qui dit Promenade des Anglais dit circulation, et donc bruit inévitable. Prenez des bouchons d oreilles 😉

It was so modern, clean and had everything we needed. I loved waking up to the stunning views. There are shops and supermarkets close by, and while transport links are fabulous we also got a taxi into the old town for €10 and the drive was lovely. Cendrine was so helpful and got us all settled. We had two kids and they also loved it as there was lots of space and they could dip in the sea any time! We will be back
