Panorámás terasz, újszerű bútorok, fürdőszoba. Belső védett parkoló, lift az épületben. Jó tömegközlekedés. Közel a tengerhez. Üzletek éttermek pékségek közelsége.
Hatalmas zaj a teraszon, szinte folyamatos autós és repülős forgalom miatt. Ez egyébként Nizza sajátossága, kevés olyan területe van ahol ez kisebb. Egy mikrohullámúsütő jól jönne.

De locatie meteen naast de boulevard, het uitzicht op de zee vanaf de 9e verdieping en stijgende/landende vliegtuigen waar je geen last van hebt. Het appartement was best ruim en zeer netjes en schoon. Priveparking erbij wat ong 195 cm hoog is. Ik kon er onderdoor met een dakkoffer op een stationwagen. Past net. Vriendelijke ontvangst en goede snelle communicatie met Nico van NM Congierges
Er was denk ik niet een hele grote warmwater boiler, na 2x douchen achter elkaar (met 4 gezinsleden) was er niet echt warm water meer. Dat duurde dan een tijdje.
