Nice, clean entrance. Hospitable neighbors. Not far from the sea and tram stop. We had a wonderful time in Nice. We hope to see you again!

L’appartement est très pratique, très grand, parfaitement situé. Bien décoré, bien équipé. Lauriane est très agréable et réactive. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé, celui-ci était parfait et très bon état également pour notre nourrisson. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Rien tout était parfait

La propreté, le matériel, les équipements ainsi que les petits cadeaux de bienvenu ! Tout était au top J aimerais rajouter que Lauriane s est rendue très disponible pour nous : réponses rapides par message et très aimable ! Nous étions 5 potes et on a vraiment apprécié l endroit. Très bon rapport (qualité, espace) / prix !

Rien à redire tout était bien

A wonderful stay overall! The host was warm, punctual, and always available whenever needed. The apartment is beautiful and comfortably sleeps 6 people. It has three bedrooms with large beds, a spacious kitchen, a big shower, and a nice balcony, all with brand new furniture throughout. We were actually the first guests to stay there, and the host had thoughtfully left welcome kits for both the bathroom and the kitchen. Everything looked just as shown in the photos, if not slightly more spacious in person. The apartment is not in the city centre, but there is a tram stop just 5 minutes away, which makes getting around straightforward. There is also a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby, handy for any necessity. For the value for money, we would highly recommend this place!

The only minor issue was a small malfunction with one of the wardrobes, though the host responded promptly to sort it out. We also could not find a hair dryer, though it is possible we simply missed it — worth checking with the host in advance if it is something you need
