Great host and value for this area. The apartment is close to public transportation and the airport. Several places to eat and shop for food nearby.

The area may not feel safe for female travelers due to the large number of men always on the street. The apartment is showing its age.

Great for a stopover and for proximity to the airport

The apartment was immaculate. It had comfy beds and plenty of space. The shower was great and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a simple meal. Nice and quiet. Just what we needed - a apartment near to the airport for an early start.

Practical rather than luxury but it was absolutely spotless and exactly what we needed.

Lovely place to stay in Nice! Handy and very close to the airport

Really enjoyed our stay here, the host, Marie, was very welcoming and the apartment was absolutely spotless, with everything you need. Beds comfortable, nice shower, very good air conditioning and they kindly put up a cot for our baby. Thank you Marie and Valentin!

Family break in nice

It was clean , appartment had been recently modernised, had all amenities needed, location for transport was excellent . Ivan and his wife was very accommodating kept us informed throughout the stay. Answering all our questions promptly. Ideal size and space for families

It was a private apartment in a residential apartment block , Wasn't keen on the street it was located in lots of groups of men and teenage men hanging around, made you feel slightly uncomfortable to explore immediate area especially at night ,

It was nice, it covers everything that you can need during the accommodation.

The location was not good, not very reliable in terms of environment. The streets are secluded and they have many men with drinks. It's dangerous to walk on the street after a certain time. Therefore it is not comfortable for the family. But the metro is near the flat, you can go very easy to city center.

The apartment was super convenient - location, cleanness, space, value, hosts.

Everything was great, There are 3 bedrooms actually. Two bedrooms and the living room can be used also as a bedroom. The location was very good and convenient, close to the subway line and grocery stores. The shower and the towers were very nice. It was brand new and very clean. We loved it. I would definitely recommend it to others.

É um bom apartamento, confortável o bastante para o grupo, embora não fosse próximo da praia, era muito fácil chegar a qualquer lugar com o tramway. A anfitriã foi muito gentil e atenciosa.

O apartamento precisa ser dedetizado. Encontrei baratinhas nos armários da cozinha e em um quarto. Aliás o prédio precisa de dedetização. A lixeira tem baratas grandes.

Všechno skvělé, moc děkujeme

Majitelé jsou velice ochotní, přijeli jsme později než je dovoleno se ubytovat, ale majitelům to nevadilo a v bytě na nás čekala žena. Klíče nám předala osobně a zavedla nás do bytu a vše nám ukázala. Odjet jsme mohli kdykoliv. Ubytování má dostatek místa a dost postelí, dokonce 2 záchody, což bylo ve skupině fajn. V koupelně je sprchový gel, dostali jsme ručníky, postele byly povlečené. Kuchyně byla plně vybavená a dokonce zde byly nějaké základní ingredience včetně kávy.

Co se týče okolí bytu, je to čtvrť, kde žije dost rodin pravděpodobně turecké národnosti, působí nebezpečně, večer byla celkem hlasitá, ráno vysedávají na kávě před bytem. Ale jsou neškodní. Ulice je pod kamerami, bytový dům zajištěn čipem u vchodu i ve výtahu. Jednou někdo zavolal policii, ale kvůli rušení nočního klidu.

Szuper környékén van a lakás. A reptéri 2es villamos pont ott áll meg előtte. A tulaj rugalmas volt.

Az utca nagyon zajos. Mindket nem zavart nagyon, de ha a gyerekeim is itt lettek volna velem, akkor biztos nem tudtak volna aludni.

Notre séjour s’est super bien passé malgré tout , étant donné que nous sommes rentrés à 23h et reparti à 5h du matin pou

Le logement en soit était génial ! Tout équipé , serviette fournis , appartement avec deux terrasse . Nous avions tous ce qu’il fallait à disposition.

Dans le tiroir de la salle de bain il y avais des flacons de gel douche vide qui étais rester , mais a la rigueur ce n’est pas très grave ça . Mais par contre l’emplacement du logement est quand même vachement à craindre malheureusement . En bas de l’immeuble énormément de jeunes hommes ( + d’une cinquantaine ) qui traînent durant toute la nuit , énormément de bazar , de bruit , de cris en permanence . Du bruit dans la cage d’escalier que ce soit à 23h30 ou à 2heure du matin le bruits était permanent. Étant un groupe de 6 filles nous n’étions pas du tout rassurer , et en plus la porte d’entrée impossible de la fermer à clé de l’intérieur du logement alors nous avons contacté la Proprietaire qui nous a dit que son mari nous rappellerait , qu’il n’y a rien à craindre étant donné qu’il n’y a pas de poignée sur le côté couloir de l’immeuble. Du coup, ils ne pourront pas rentrer. Mais bon ces gens-là habitent le quartier du coup s’ils avaient voulu rentrer, je pense pas que le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de poignée côté extérieur, les aurait gêner mais malheureusement pas de nouvelles des Proprietaire . Nous n’ avons quasiment pas fermé l’œil de la nuit déjà avec le bruit, c’était impossible et en plus l’immeuble n’a vraiment pas l’air sécurisé fin du mois, les locataires qui habitent la rue . Du rallye toute la nuit , un barber Shops en face qui était ouvert jusque 4h du matin , des insultes qui fusait à répétition de tous les coins de la rue . C’est super dommage en soi car le logement est vraiment top, mais l’emplacement malheureusement pas du tout pour des locataires en vacances ou en week-end dans le coin ce n’est vraiment pas sécurisé , le logement se trouve plutôt dans un quartier « chaud » de Nice . À éviter si vous êtes entre filles, surtout .

Szuper ár-érték arány!

Ár-érték arányban szuper a szállás, a szállásadó nagyon segítőkész volt, szuper tippeket adott a tömegközlekedéssel kapcsolatban is, jól jött! Kényelmesen elfértünk, a felszereltség hibátlan, nagyon közel van a vonatállomás, csak ajánlani tudjuk!

Sajnos amikor mi voltunk, akkor épp nem működött a kávéfőző. Ezen felül minden rendben volt.

Uno spazio luminoso per ammirare Nizza

Eravamo in 7 e gli spazi erano sufficienti per tutti. La struttura è vicina alla L2 ( è una metropolitana in superficie).Vicino all'appartamento si trovano molti ristoranti e negozi di prima necessità. Ottima l'insonorizzazione perché non si sentono rumori . Nel bagno solo con il water c'è il doccino, utile dato che i francesi non hanno bidet.La cucina è ben fornita . I bagni davvero puliti e con i prodotti per l'igiene. La TV in soggiorno è splendida . Ci sono dei giochi di società per divertirsi e rilassarsi. C'è aspirapolvere e sacchetti per l'immondizia. Consigliatissimo

Il fatto che entrambi i bagni fossero ciechi , purtroppo i forti odori di cibo provenienti dall'esterno.

Point de deal au pied de l'immeuble, ascenceur en panne, cage d'escalier sale, nombreux cafards dans la cuisine, odeur soutenue de produits insecticides, manque de vaisselle et d'ustensibles de cuisine, carreaux de marbre détachés du mur de la salle de bains. La note dans Booking (contrairement à l'habitude) ne correspond pas du tout au bas standing de l'appartement et de l'immeuble...
