On the seafront. Apartment 2 rooms + dining room. 71 meters square. Located opposite to the beach of the 'Promenade des Anglais'. From the two floors of the duplex panoramic sea view. House of fisherman, typically local style and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. Air conditioned apartment. Sunny and oriented to the South. Renovated in 2012. High grade of contemporary style. Living room open to the Mediterranean sea, with a comfortable sofa-bed, flat screen TV and unlimited WI-FI Internet connection. On an incredible waterfront.

Totally new equipped kitchen. A pretty clear bedroom, on the 2° floor, offers a large bed for 2 people. Wardrobes and cupboards. One bathroom with WC and one shower room and 1 WC independent. Apartment on the 3rd floor without LIFT and duplex.

No think is in front but the sea.

This apartment in Nice was absolutely fantastic! There was so much space and having a 2nd bathroom was so nice! You can’t beat the view from the balcony and having the tram right outside the door made getting everywhere super easy!Check in and check out was super easy and Pierre was really great at communicating and very flexible with our travel times. We loved the neighborhood and the fact that we could take the team into the historic section but could also come home to a quiet place. We already miss looking out at the sea and hope to return next year! Thank you Pierre!

The property is located on the 4th floor of an old building facing the Promenade and beside the tram on the opposite side. The apartment is on two levels with a master bedroom in a renovated attic space with a nice view of the sea. There are some low support beams which take some learning in order to avoid bumping one's head. The bed is comfortable and there is a large ensuite. Overall,, the apartment is wonderfully situated next to a tram stop which makes getting around easy. Nice neighborhood, lovely view, traffic noise during the day is blocked completely by excellent doors/windows, building is quiet, shops are nearby as are several restaurants. Makes for a good base for travels in Nice and Cot d'Azur.

We spent 11 days in this apartment and the view is just incredible. It is a fourth floor walk up, no elevator which we got used to. We like that it had entrances on the beach side and the neighborhood side. We enjoyed the local coffee shop, boulangerie, and grocery store, plus the tram literally stops in front of the door however, you do have to get used to the little tram bell in the morning. The views are absolutely gorgeous from the loft bedroom upstairs and the balcony, which made it so amazing! The views overshadowed some of the apartment’s shortcomings which are hard mattresses, the loft bedroom beams you had to always be careful to duck and not hit your head, and having to walk up 4 floors with luggage. We were four ladies staying there and we never felt unsafe. The location was excellent being across the street from the promenade because the early morning beach walks made it so convenient. Communication with Pierre was excellent. He always answered all my questions quickly and thoroghly, and was so helpful and friendly over WhatsApp. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is located very convenient in front of tram station.So going for sightseeing was easy.There are grocery shops and few restaurants so was easy to get food when needed. The bathrooms were very clean. The floors were little dusty. The kitchen was well equipped. Necessary blankets and comforters were provided.The second bedroom is on top floor so has extra flight of stairs but was easier to get ready in morning. The host is very nice and was very prompt in replying and helped to check out earlier as we had early morning flight. Communication for check in was very well.

Best place to live in Nice if you want to be close to all attractions and drive distance to all major cities. The host is very responsive and really pays attention to details. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can only recommend this appartement. It is well equipped and lacks nothing at all. The view from the balcony or out of the Upper windows is just beautiful. You have several shops around and the boulangeries around are the best. The tram really stops in front of the house which makes all trips to Nice, Airport, Train stations etc very easy. Only thing you should consider: the garage is really tiny. If your car might not fit in, but you can rent a parking space for the whole week right across the street at ‚Carras‘ parking for a reasonable price. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we look forward to be back soon.

Five to three stars. Apartment true to pictures. 5 stars for owner Pierre’s service, communication and his very nice personality. 5 stars for cleaniness, bathrooms, towels and cozy ‘loft’ (top floor). 5 stars for convenience to shops, beach (even small cove for easy access to swimming) and tram (easy access to all of Nice, Monaco, Villefrance and Cannes.). What we wish for in kithchen: a toaster, water kettle and Nespresso coffeemachine. Wish for living room: 1 -2 nice chairs so 3- 4 people have possiblity to sit comfortably after a long day or if you stay for maybe 2-3 weeks and want to stay at home some nights. Very few stars from us for beds I know we are from Scandinavia and used to large (180x 200/210 cm) and comfortable beds with comforter (and not just a sheet). Top floor bed small for our taste and quite hard. Bed on lower level very strange, noicy, small for 2 and uncomfortable. Would like blanket for 4 as a sheet is very strange for visitors from Scandinavia for sure. If beds and a few more furniture/kitchen things would improve and make the apartment more homey - we would enjoy to stay here for a long time. But again - we are tourists and maybe this is the French way - Pierre is very nice and we liked the location. 3 adults from Denmark.

Ideal location and apartment for our group of four on a cycling holiday. The underground garage was very secure and ideal to keep our bikes safe. Easy access on the cycle paths and so close to the beach to cool off after a day on the bike. Tram stop just outside makes for efficient transport to the airport and city centre. Check in and out was so efficient and the apartment very well looked after.

The Tram from the airport stops right outside the back of the property and is perfect for getting to the Old Town and other locations. Cheap and easy to use! The apartment is on the top floor though the stairs are not steep and manageable. There were 5 of us (2 adults) 3 boys aged 7-11. The apartment is a good size and was perfect for what we needed. The upstairs bedroom does have supporting beams and is fine if you're under 5'8 but you may need to duck every now and then if taller! Very clean, all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and towels not forgetting the Air Con! Beach straight across the road. We were greeted on arrival and Jean-Pierre came for our early 7am check out and helped us with luggage too (thank you). Sunrise over the mountains in the mornings is amazing! My husband and I planned a quick getaway and found this listing was perfect for us. We arrived early and were met promptly for checkin at the tram stop (which is 5 steps from the entrance of the apartment). The apartment is bright, clean and has a direct view of the Mediterranean. Very spacious with all required amenities for a family vacation. We used the tram and Velo bleu bikes daily to move around the city. 10 min from the airport, 15 from the downtown area and old nice and steps to the beach. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the Riviera.

We stayed at this beautiful ocean view condo from May 23rd to May 28, 2019. We loved the place. Owners are also very friendly and helpful. The master bedroom in the upstairs has a roof top window and when you open you get lots of sea breeze and you can hear the waves at night. This condo has a full kitchen and a washer. Well appointed for a family. No elevator but the stairs are not steep and it is a great light exercise.

Can't say enough positive things about our stay. This unit was perfect for our visit to Nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals on the few times we decided to eat in. The apartment was also very clean and updated. Both Jean Pierre and Pierre made the whole booking, check in and check out procedures smooth and easy with great communication. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Nice. The only thing someone needs to keep in mind before booking is that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. This was not an issue for us, but if anyone in your party has a disability, it may not work for you.

Perfect location just a stones throw away from the only one sandy part of the gorgeous beach of Nice. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 young children. The apartment is spacious with a separate living quarters downstairs and fully equipped with pretty much everything you need for a beach holiday. Good value for money. We fell in love with Nice thanks, in large part, to this wonderful apartment. From the time we arrived it felt like home. The little terrace was our favorite spot starting with breakfast in the morning and ending with wine and cheese at night. Out the front door we had the beach and out the back anything you would need including the most wonderful bakery. A lot of our plans for running around sightseeing were scraped because we couldn't make ourselves leave this place that now holds so many amazing game memories for us! I would go back in a minute if I could! The only down side was carrying our heavy suitcases up seven flights of stairs. My advice, packaging Light! The views are so worth the climb!

Nice was our last stop of my group's fun-filled France trip. This apartment made the last bit of our vacation so nice and relaxing. It is in a great location and just feet away from the beach. The sea view is amazing. The apartment was perfect for the four of us and we felt very comfortable and safe. It was also nice to have a designated parking garage for our rental car. The parking garage barely fit our large SUV and was tricky to maneuver and park so keep that in mind if you get a rental car. Pierre, the property owner was awesome. He was so friendly and so helpful. He actually helped us park our beast of a car into the garage the first night and offered to help again if we needed it. He also assisted us with our check out and airport drop off of the rental car and luggage. He went above and beyond which he didn't have to do, but we are absolutely grateful. I hope to visit there again or perhaps another location if Pierre has other properties. Definitely consider staying here, you won't be sorry!

I needed to get away to focus on some work and decided to take a week down here in this fantastic apartment where I could sit on the balcony with the coffee pot on and beaver away on my laptop - all with a sea view - Awesome ! The apartment was very clean, had everything it said and that I needed, was even better in the flesh and the owner and local manager were a pleasure to deal with. I have to say it is fantastic value and in my opinion a unique and spacious treasure in a first class location.
