Top Floor Apartment Santa Barbara

Lovely apartment in an amazing location , just across the road from the beach , tram stop outside the door , 5 mins from airport , and a few stops into nice centre, harbour etc. Apartment was lovely , clean and bright and had everything you need to make your stay comfortable . Amazing and much needed air con . Stayed cool throughout the heatwave ! Balcony was a lovely place to relax, great view of the sea a bonus and a very efficient lift ! The check in/out was very smooth . Really couldn’t have wished for more . Stayed for two weeks wished it could have been a year!! This apartment just has everything you need for a great holiday and a perfect base for exploring the rest of the cote d azure … enjoy 😎

The location was absolutely perfect! The L2/3 tram stop is right in front of the apartment, offering direct access to the airport and the city centre. There’s a supermarket conveniently on the corner, and the beautiful beach is just a few steps away. The host was incredibly friendly and super responsive.

Everything was great overall, though the property could benefit from a little maintenance. The upstairs shower tends to clog and accumulate some water while in use. I’ve already let the owner know so it can be addressed for the comfort of future guests.

Wir haben einen schönen 10-tägigen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben, die Lage ist sehr schön, und die Klimaanlage war ein echtes Plus. Alles ist gut verlaufen, abgesehen von den beiden Aufzügen: Der Personenaufzug war zwei Tage lang außer Betrieb und der Autoaufzug für anderthalb Tage, wobei unser Auto steckengeblieben ist. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung weiterzuempfehlen.
