There are shops, boulangeries, for your warm morning croissant, authentic pizzerias and Nicoise cafes only a few steps away on the main street of Rue de la Californie and a block beyond that is the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach.

Outside Space
The delightful sun-soaked balcony fits a table, chair and banquette so there is seating for up to three people. The Riviera sun can be enjoyed from the afternoon to the evening and whilst enjoying your aperif outside you can catch glimpses of the waving palm trees that are dotted along the Promenade.
