It was placed in the perfect place only 30 second walk to a supermarket which had literally everything I could need was nice and close to the beach aswell

Tutto curato nel dettaglio. Era presente tutto. Forse per me dovevano esserci bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone che invece erano assenti. Bagno pulito e biancheria da usare per lavarsi. Il proprietario disponibile su whatsapp. Fortuna che sulla via principale i parcheggi si trovano e sono gratuiti. Posizione vicino all'aeroporto e a diversi negozi come supermercato e boulangeries.

L'appartamento è davvero minimal, piccolo ma in 4 ci siamo stati una notte, con l'ausilio del divano e 3 letti. È stato un appoggio per una notte perche siamo stati a Nizza per un veloce passaggio. I parcheggi nella stradina sempre pieni.

The apartment is five minutes' drive from the airport, right next to a supermarket and a short walk/cycle to the beach and town. My friend and I were on a cycling trip, so it was a super location to head out to the local climbs and, on the last day, do a quick turnaround and get to the airport with time to spare. It is very secure with an external gated entrance to a private terrace, where there is a table and chairs to enjoy coffee/food outdoors. This was also really useful as we had space to sort out bikes before each ride. The apartment is good value, clean and comfortable. There is one bedroom with a double bed and single bed; and then there is a double sofabed in the kitchen/living room studio area. The kitchen has a good hob (induction), microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The hosts provided towels upon request. It was great to have a key safe outside for self-check in as we arrived quite late. The hosts responded to messages quickly and we had everything we needed when we asked. I would recommend the apartment for people looking for a good value place to stay in Nice and I would stay there again if passing through Nice for a weekend.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but a couple of areas for improvement/clarification on the Booking.com.description would help future guests: - The apartment was described as having two bedrooms, but more accurately is a one bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the living room. It was a reasonable size for two/three friends or a couple and small child, but would be quite cosy for two couples/four adults. - There were no towels in the apartment, but fortunately the hosts kindly provided them when I asked... - For future guests, I would recommend buying a fold down small dining table to put in the wardrobe for use in the living room in case guests want to eat dinner indoors. I'd also recommend providing towels and 1+ toilet roll and/or updating the apartment description to describe what's provided. Thank you again for a lovely stay!
