Le Béryl

It had everything we needed, convenient location with a car and not far from the airport. Plenty of space and good division of room, plus dining out on the balcony when the weather was warm was a super bonus pleasure.

No free parking easily available - we ended up simply paying a flat rate for a nearby parkhouse a block away to avoid the daily hassle and hunt for the limited hours of street parking.

This place is blessed with a wonderfull view over the ocean. The balcony has roses, a couple of chairs and a table, it is amazing. The neighborhood is also nice, besides being 5 mins away from the beach, you have a few bussiness around and supermarkerts like SPAR and CARREFOUR.

There were several things I didn't like, starting with the hidden charges that you have to pay and that were not mentioned in advance. In particular, we had to pay 80 euros extra for towels, bed linen and for arriving "late". In addition, the towels were old, even had holes in them. The place could have been better maintained as well. We found dust everywhere and a few wall's paint fallen off, especially in the bathroom.

Sea front view, right next to the tram, very bright and big bedrooms. Balcony on both sides of the apartment. Lovely sitting room where you can see the beach from. Very safe area.

maybe some nice washed bed covers would really make a great impression. Couch in the Living room also felt dirty, maybe a throw or nice cover over.

Appartement sise au 7eme etage avec une terrasse face a la mer mais, voir dessus. L' hote nous a apporte ce qui manquait dans la cuisine. Elle est tres gentille et serviable !

Impossible d'ameliorer mais le batiment est au dessus d'echangeur de la route departementale 4 voies plus le train du cote chambres et 2 doubles voies cote salon et mer. Impossible a supporter le bruit sauf avec les stores et fenetres fermes. En 15 jours on s'est jamais mis sur la terrasse sauf tres tard le soir.
