Brilliant host met me. Explained everything well Helped with the parking was so helpful. Location was close to the beach, public transport and local shops. In a gated community. Very quite although a bit of traffic and aircraft noise which really was not that intrusive.
Felt very safe and secure.
Nothing really need to manage expectation with parking as sometimes a bit hit and miss but would imagine most do not come by car. The complex is behind a green sliding gate as address is not that clear
