La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos metros de la parada del tranvia que conecta el aeropuerto con la ciudad. Frente aun hermoso parque y a pocos minutos del centro de Niza. La casa es grande y cómoda. Las habitaciones son grandes. Los dueños son muy amables y cordiales.
Debería mejorar un poco la limpieza, tal vez una limpieza profunda cada tanto, no vendria mal. El desague de la ducha estaba tapado y teniamos que bañarnos con poca agua para que no se llene de agua la ducha y asi darle tiempo a evacuar.

L’emplacement était plutôt bien à 15min à pied de la plage la plus proche et le tram juste en bas de la rue
Il y avait des taches de moisissures, la Clim goutte ce qui crée une flaque dans une des chambre et ça a trempé les serviettes de douche… De plus le micro onde était extrêmement sale. Le propriétaire nous répond des heures après et quand on lui notifie que des équipements marqués comme présents ne le sont pas il nous dit d’aller en acheter
