Very well equipped (even toaster, iron etc) with air-con and elevator, right next to an L2/3 tram stop and an easy walk to local supermarkets and restaurants - and one block from the beach! Comfortable and affordable.
The trams run 0430 to 0130 with some nouse but we very quickly adapted and they didn't affect our sleep

Nette Wohnung in perfekter Lage um Nizza zu erkunden und zu genießen. Arnaud war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns bzgl. des Parkplatzes sehr gut geholfen. Die Straßenbahn vor der Tür ist perfekt um schnell in die Innenstadt zu kommen.
