Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Appartement spacieux très lumineux, propre et bien équipé conforme à la description avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Emplacement idéal, proche des transports et tram. Un grand merci à Wafaa et David pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Le contact a été excellent ! très réactifs, aimables et professionnels. A recommander.

The air conditioning is not enough for the all apartment

Good location, easy facility to collect the keys. If there were questions the local agency responded quickly. Although the Promenade has a lot of traffic there is little-to-no noise because the windows are well installed. The balcony is pleasant and the building feels secure. The tram service is very close so you can easily get to the old town. The walk along the promenade is really pleasant.

The property is badly in need of a little investment and modernisation. Travellers often choose apartments for facilities such as laundry. While the kitchen area has been modernised the laundry facilites just about work (the clothes dryer has fallen apart). The internet connection is around 20 years out of date: bring a mobile phone with 4G/5G connection and forget the wifi. What is disappointing is that this feedback has been shared by other visitors but nothing has been done which is a shame. It feels neglected by the owner and could be an outstanding place to stay.
