5 minutter gangavstand, men avhengig av trikk/bolt om du ønsker å være mer «midt i gryta». Veldig fint område, men mer boligområde enn turist.

Dessverre ingen ettermiddagssol på veranda. Veldig støvete leilighet og sengetøyet føltes brukt selvom det nok var rent. Føltes ikke rent, men gikk fint etter vi selv gikk over med klut og gjorde det hyggelig

Minor issues which could easily be addressed- table on balcony dirty and it would have been nice to have bottle of water provided as we arrived late at night.

The apartment’s location was very good – everything was close by. The airport was nearby, as well as shops, and the sea was just a short walk away.

Although the listing mentions free parking, which is not incorrect, it later turned out that this refers to street parking, and there may not always be available spaces near the building.

Fabron is on tram line and was easy to travel into Nice. Nothing much there though. This made it quiet, which was our preference rather than staying in noisier town of Nice. Small little carrefore near tramstop was handy for basic groceries. Flat was lacking a few basics - decent wine glasses, cooking tongs, and decent toiletries, however overall kitchen, bathroom, loungeroom were comfortable. Washing machine and decent TV were welcome assets.

We felt that the owners of the Villa falsely advertised a number of things and lied by omission about others The flat is small and certainly not luxurious. Although clean and quite well renovated it is located in a dingy run down house. Outdoor terrace is small, shabby and overlooks a construction site, with sea view in distance. Lots of dust over the terrace and stairwell. Property is on the 2nd floor. No lift of course so 40 stairs on dark stairwell. It has a Queen sized bed NOT a King bed (which they advertise in large print). This was a prerequisite for us as my husband is very tall. We were really cross when this was discovered as the falsely advertised king bed, together with "available" parking was what made me book it. It does NOT have parking available onsite at the property, or in the street. Some parking available on street of main road. Good luck rather than good management if there is a spot available. The property is advertised as 300 metres from beach. This may be so but it is up a steep winding road from beach. A shortcut is available down the hill via steep staircase (86 steps) Together with steps to front door and 2 flights of stairs ( total of 131 !) we got fit during our stay, but the property would definitely not be suitable for an older or disabled person.
