Appart bas Fabron

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children and we loved the apartment and it's accessibility to all Nice has to offer. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and along the way a convenient tram stop which meant getting into the city centre was easy and affordable. There's a Carrefour supermarket close by the tram stop with an underground car park and numerous boulangeries and restaurants along Ave de californie at the bottom of vallon barla to sample. The apartment was spotlessly clean with loads of towels and bedlinen and all mod cons. The owner Dimitri even left us a most thoughtful welcome pack of water, wine and assorted drinks which was perfect for us parched travellers! The apartment is situated in a mature and very quiet and safe area which was a lovely retreat after a long day of sightseeing. It's a fab spot to base yourself for not only Nice, but all the attractions in the region as the A8 motorway is easily accessed from Fabron and as mentioned above the Nos 2 and 3 tram lines pass by the bottom of the road. Couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough and we hope to return!

Nothing...it was perfect for our needs

The apartment is absolutly great, very well situated, elevator in the building, aprox 7 min to the beach, 5 min to the tram/bus station. So clean, lots of space, so comfortable, lovely balcony and fully equiped kitchen, very attentive to details, they put at our disposal everything we need and answered so quickly to our questions. We will definitly recommend and rebook!!
