The pristine white sand beaches of Gulf Shores are waiting for you at this charming 3-bedroom 3.5 bathroom town home! Wake up each morning and take the stairs off of your deck for a stroll along the ocean shore or enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch for dolphins that often swim by. This property offers two floors. One with a king bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf waters. The other is a 3rd floor loft with two queen beds and a full bath. There is a third queen bedroom and third full bathroom on the second floor, down the hall from the master. A pack and play is also available for families with small children. The town home is conveniently located within walking distance of many local restaurants, Ice cream parlors and local shopping as well as The Hangout. Don't feel like going out to dinner? The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. In addition to being right on the beach, The complex includes a swimming pool and several outdoor grills. Bed sheets and towels are provided. No smoking and no pets please.

Drive up and park right under the unit in the 900 building, There is dedicated room for two vehicles. Take a set of stairs up to access unit 902. The first floor has the kitchen and living area with a sliding door to back deck with direct beach access to the white sand beaches and stairs straight down to the beach. The second floor contains high ceiling the master bedroom with its own bathroom and private deck overlooking the gulf waters and ocean. Down the hall is the washer/dryer combo, The second full bath which includes a second bedroom with a queen bed in it. Take the next set of stairs to the third-floor loft with two queen beds and a dedicated full bath with shower (no tub). This is a great place to put the kids with the extra sleeping areas!

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. The beach view from the balcony was beautiful, and it was the perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings. The location made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out simple. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

It was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we stayed at the perfect location. The unit was very comfortable for our family of 5. Great seating in the common areas, comfortable chairs, comfortable beds too with plenty of pillows, which was really nice. It was a very clean unit and if any problems arose, communicating with the property manager was quick & easy. We were able to wake up and walk out onto the beach or walk to coffee and various restaurants which weren’t far away. Parking was convenient. Overall it was a great stay!

This was our first time in Gulf Shores. We are a family with 3 kids and this rental was PERFECT for our needs. The 2 boys had their own space on the top floor room with their own beds and private bathroom. They were in heaven! My daughter took the bedroom on 2nd floor that had a bathroom next to it and we had the master. For a family of 5, this house was more than enough space. Location was awesome! The unit is within walking distance to so many things and you are right on the beach! No elevators to wait for to go back to your unit. We had the honors of having two sets of owners as our neighbors for the week and we couldn't have asked for better company! My kids are already asking when we can come back. The unit was very clean, environment was family friendly and our host was a text message away ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for the great vacation!
