This bright and inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bath corner condo at Phoenix Gulf Shores is sure to please all guests. The Gulf-front condo (PGS-1001) on the 10th floor has tile throughout and sleeps up to 16.
The condo features:
· Living area with Queen sofa sleeper, two cushioned armchairs, a recliner, a large flatscreen television equipped with satellite service, floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides and balcony access through glass doors.
· Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplash, dark-wood cabinetry and a spacious four-stool breakfast bar.
· Matching wet bar equipped with convenient icemaker.
· Dining area with stylish coastal chandelier, weathered-wood table and eight chairs.
· Gulf-front master bedroom with soft coastal decor, white-wood furnishings, King-size bed, flatscreen TV and direct balcony access.
· Master bath with double-sink vanity on granite countertop, dark-wood cabinets, a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
· Second, third and fourth bedrooms with two Queen-size beds in each as well as wall-mounted flatscreen TVs. Two of the bedrooms have west-facing windows and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double-sink vanity, granite countertop and bathtub and shower combination. The fourth bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that is wheelchair accessible with extra cabinet space and a step-in shower.

The condo is less than a mile west of Hwy. 59.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The ocean was visible from the balcony. It was a beautiful view. The check in process was super simple and quick. We arrived late, but was able to check in even though the lobby was closed by keyless entry. Had to wait until the lobby was open to receive a parking pass printed off, but the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Look forward to staying at this property again! Everyone loved the heated pool!

We enjoyed everything. Beach was beautiful. Condo was awesome. Great views. Needed a couple more fans for the bedrooms.(we like the noise of the fan). We had 14 people and there was enough room for everyone. Only negative was the extra cost for parking. I believe that was a little excessive.

Beach view was great. The beach was crowded. If you rented chairs, people would place chairs in front of the rented chairs so you saw them instead of the water. The following maintenance needs to be done in the rental, batteries in remotes and fire alarms. Fire alarm went off the first night and you could not turn it off. The condo needs some larger, non stick pans for breakfast food. The lamps need extension cords because they don’t have plugs where they’re located so don’t work. The master bathtub handle came off and water was going everywhere. My son got it back on. The water pressure is horrible. You can barely rinse the soap off. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, had to hand wash before we left. The kitchen overhead light wouldn’t stay on so hard to cook at night. The recliner was broken and if you sat in it, it made the most annoying squeaky sound every time you moved in it. The dryer takes a couple of hours to dry a load of clothes. It is a shame that basic maintenance has not been done. The condo is larger in the pictures but could be a nice place if things would be fixed appropriately. I hate going on vacation and have to worry about the maintenance of the place I rented. The check in is really easy. The management team responded back to me in a timely manner. The kids loved having swimming pools. Regardless, we had a good trip with family.
