Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor prized East corner directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with a beverage cooler, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and sofa sleeper queen for sleeping up to 16!
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

The condo was great but the weather prevented us from getting any beach time. I requested a late check out because Sunday was going to be a great day, but was denied even though the property was not rented out for the next week. Paid a lot of money to stay in the condo.

The location of this property was perfect for our group which included 4 teens. The beach is beautiful and the kids enjoyed being able to walk around town. The workout room and pools were also a hit. As other reviews mentioned, this specific unit needs a deep cleaning, and the beds were uncomfortable. The floors and furniture were filthy and there were sheets on the washer and in baskets in the closet that appeared to be dirty as they were not folded. The unit also needs more towels, washcloths, and dish towels. It was not very well equipped compared to numerous VRBO properties we have rented in the past. Several of the bathrooms did not even have hand soap when we arrived. The air conditioner and furnace also had to be replaced during our stay, however they were prompt in responding and setting up the repair. The location on the third floor was convenient to parking, but be prepared for screaming kids when sitting on the balcony being right above the water slide. We will most likely return to Gulf Shores and would consider staying in this complex, but would not stay in this unit again.

Overall the room was very spacious for a big family and the beach views were amazing! We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Left over food and coffee was left, food was found under cabinets along with other items, clothes were left behind, and the bed had stains. There was sand all over the floor, which I know some you can’t help but have but overall I wasn’t sure if the room was cleaned at all. The room was overall good for price, but very sad on how nasty it was.
