Our condo is perfectly situated on the 15th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and two full over full size bunk beds in the 4th bedroom for sleeping up to 16!
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

This condo was great! It accommodated 12 people nicely and would accommodate more. The location is excellent. The only complaint I have is that the door to the balcony was extremely difficult to open and needs repairs, and the appliances need to be replaced. Overall, it was a great experience.

Beds were comfortable but the sheets wouldn't stay on them. Remade them daily. Floors were dirty. 10 minutes after arrival, my feet were black. No sheet or pizza pans. Food stuck when using pots or pans. Muffin tin had black ash all over it. Half of the lamps wouldn't work as well as tv's. One TV was totally unplugged from electrical outlet and the tv. A little TLC in livingroom to remove stains from sofa would have been nice. Still sat on it and still comfortable too.
However, On a positive note....rooms sizes with number of beds were perfect for the girl cousins trip. Loved the pool and slide. View was spectacular from the 15 floor. Saw a couple of sharks! First time of seeing that in 13 years of vacations in Gulf Shores. We enjoyed ourselves regardless of the poor quality of furnishings
