This 20th floor, corner condo at the new Phoenix Gulf Shores offers breathtaking views of the beautiful coastal Alabama city and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a 35-foot-long private balcony, tile throughout and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests.
PGS-2004 features:
· Living area with two leather sofas (one a Queen sleeper), two swivel cushioned armchairs, a recliner, balcony access through floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a uniquely placed large, flatscreen television on a wall of windows.
· Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gray granite countertops and light wood cabinets. A long breakfast bar has four high-backed stools.
· Dining area with a natural wood-topped table and six chairs.
· Entertainment options at the wet bar with an icemaker and blender.
· Gulf-front master bedroom with direct balcony access, a King-size bed, and a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels.
· En-suite master bath with a double-sink vanity, granite countertop, a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower.
· Second, third and fourth bedrooms with two Queen-size beds in each and wall-mounted flatscreen TVs with satellite channels.
· En-suite bathroom, shared by two of the bedrooms, with double-sink vanity, granite countertop, and a shower and bathtub combination.

Perfect view of the lagoon, downtown and sunrise/sunsets! It had plenty of room for our family. The only issue we found was the doors were too heavy for our six and seven year old to open without assistance (safety wise was great but I had to get up a few extra times to help them)

The location was amazing. Great view. Plenty of table seating and serving pieces for large family. Groceries and restaurants in very close distance. Communication with host was great. Would stay here again.

Traveled with my family for a week vacation. The condo was okay,however there were several issues with our stay. The ice maker did not work. I emailed and checked with the front desk and still noone showed to fix it. Hot drinks at the beach no fun. The sliding door to the balcony took two people to open. There was mold in the master bedroom shower, gross to look at during shower. The last deal breaker for me was the lack of dressers. The bedrooms had nowhere to store your clothes or set things on. We had to put all our clothes on the floor, gross and difficult to organize.
