Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner 11th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Full over Full bunks in the 2nd bedroom, a King in the 3rd bedroom, and two Queen sized beds in the 4th bedroom for sleeping up to 16.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

The location of this condo is prime. It’s so close to everything and is walking distance. The condo itself was gorgeous. The view was the best. We’ve been vacationing in Gulf Shores for over 20 years. This was by far the best condo overall that we stayed at. The beach was never crowded. The owner is top notch. We called in the morning because the washing machine was making a noise, and he had a new washing machine put in by lunch time. He was amazing to work with. We stayed with other family members that were all adult grandchildren. They all agreed best family vacation we’ve had.

There were a few things that need addressed. #1, the access to the deck was extremely challenging to the point that I considered it a safety hazard. The sliding door from the living room was off the track, very, very hard to open and close. In fact, once I was outside by myself, the door was closed and I couldn’t get back inside. The door from the master was difficult too!!! I realize the doors have to be hurricane safe but these were beyond difficult. Next, the fact that only one trash can liner was provided is ridiculous! There were 3 liners in the bathroom trash cans. The fact that NOTHING, can be left for the next renters is again, ridiculous. For example, coffee filters, condiments, spices, simple things. Don’t get me wrong, the place was beautiful and perfect for our family. The little things can go a long way in making the traveler happier. Loved our time at Gulf Shores.
