Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner 15th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and two Queen sized beds in the 4th bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Beautiful condo - spacious - incredibly clean & organized - the corner windows made for a wonderful view from the living room - my son & daughter both enjoyed having a beach view from their individual bedrooms - beach is beautiful - conveniently located in Gulf Shores. Parking area is convenient to elevators. This was our first time to Gulf Shores & we will definitely be back, hopefully to this very unit.

My husband, two daughters (14 & 17) and I stayed here for the Sand In My Boots festival. We loved this condo! The location was amazing, it was clean and had beautiful views! They provide luggage carts for luggage and groceries which was helpful. The girls enjoyed the pool and waterslide. We loved that it was steps from the sand. The ice maker was definitely a bonus! The only thing was, that the condo only came with enough soap for one load of dishes and one load of laundry. They only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the kitchen doesn’t have anything other than dishes and pots & pans. We had to go to the store twice to buy things like salt and pepper, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc.. Just a heads up. Otherwise it was wonderful and I’d definitely stay there again! I’ve added a couple of views from the balcony, but I forgot to take photos of the inside. It looks exactly like it does in the listing.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was very clean.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We had a wonderful time here and absolutely loved the condo. It's spacious and has stellar views from the living areas and several of the bedrooms. Access to the gorgeous beach could not have been more convenient, and we enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, and tennis court. We hope to stay here again in the future; it was a super way for us to reconnect with our far-flung kids and grandkids. That said, we did feel that the unit was not as clean as it should have been. We understand that beach properties are particularly hard to keep clean, but clumps of accumulated dust on ceiling fan chains and behind drapes were clearly not beach sand. The sofas and dining chair cushions could use a good cleaning too. And as others have noted, guests should plan on providing their own toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, etc., as only the barest minimum is provided.
