Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from the Living room and bedrooms!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 45" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, we also allow two children to sleep on the sofa, linens are provided.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. My family, 10 of us from age 5 to 80 really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing, and beach access is good. The garbage disposal was inoperable when we got there but it was repaired within 24 hours. I will bring my own skillet to scramble eggs and some scissors next time.

Loved our stay! This is our 3rd time booking with Phoenix! Great room, pool, and such a nice beach for the family! Room was just as listed and easily accommodated our large family! Indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and clean! Private beach access was nice and beach wasn’t too busy! Would 100% recommend for your next family vacation!

Great condo for family of 10. Beautiful oceanfront view from spacious balcony.. Property Manager outstanding response to any concerns! I will suggest an upgrade in bedding and mattresses. When staying for 7 days, comfortable bedding is a must. Needs improvement in that area.
