Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner 19th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in all four bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 10. No more fighting over the large beds!!
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. We also have the 3br unit just two doors down from our 4br.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

This condo was the perfect setup for our family! With 3 bathrooms, everyone had their privacy and could get ready expediently! We planned to cook seafood and I messaged Michael before arrival asking what cookware was available. When I told him we planned to do a shrimp boil he purchased a new large boiler and had it waiting on us upon arrival! Upon arrival I discovered that the vacuum was broken. Michael brought us a brand new one the next day!The balcony and the views are nothing short of spectacular!The only downside we had was the ice maker not working properly. Michael did send out a repair man and we eventually had it working. Absolutely would stay here again!

The room overall was nice. Very roomy considering we had 10 people in the condo at once. There were some burnt light bulbs which made it harder for older guests. The jacuzzi tub spewed out black bits of I'm not sure what but maybe it just wasn't cleaned properly. On our last morning there, there was some type of water outage. I couldn't get in touch with anyone by phone and went I went down to the lobby there was no one around to ask about it. We did have a great time and will book here again.
