Our fully refurbished one bed apartment with views across the rooftops of Stroud towards Rodborough Common and the Severn Vale is positioned on the edge of the historic cotswolds market town of Stroud. Only a two minute walk from the town centre with its award winning Farmer's Market, independent shops and cafe's. Founded on the wool trade the five valleys that feed into the town are populated by former mills located alongside streams, rivers, canals and historic woodlands. Great rail links from Stroud to London Paddington, Swindon and Cheltenham.

Good location, much closer to town centre than we'd realized. Apartment had everything we needed. Nice kitchen appliances, lots of hot water. Fairly quiet. Beautiful views of the countryside.

The property is modern, fresh and conveniently located for walking through the Cotswolds and exploring the western counties. It is well appointed with everything needed for the stay and convenient to local shopping, restaurants and pubs. The rail station is a 5-10 minute walk away with convenient links to anywhere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This place is small but perfectly functional. There was no warm fuzzy feeling. The owners could do with staying a night there themselves to make some small improvements. Someone came into the property whilst we were out with no notification which I didn't appreciate. I found the camera at the door intrusive but it was ok. The heating was set to 9.5d and kept reverting back to that so we all left with colds. I wouldn't go back.
