Perfect location lovely host and beautiful place to stay

A lovely, quiet apartment in an ideal location for Stroud town centre.

The apartment is in a superb position within a few minutes walk of the centre of Stroud. As we were attending performances at the Subscription Rooms it was ideal. The parking provided was excellent. The apartment had everything we wanted as it was well equipped and was lovely and quiet. It was very clean and very tastefully furnished. Considering we had a very cold spell of weather it was lovely and warm outside. Plenty of room inside the apartment and a little front terrace that we didn’t use due to the weather. Lovely views across the valley when the sun was shining and absolutely no road noise. A lovely place to stay.

The directions to find the front door in the dark could have been better. Luckily there was a local resident who advised us. It should be noted that the steep footpath to the door might be impossible for anyone with mobility issues.

Great apartment in Stroud

Great apartment with everything needed for an overnight family trip. Cozy, comfortable, conveniently located very close to Stroud High Street shops and restaurants and also pet friendly! The owner was in regular touch to arrange our arrival and was easily contactable throughout our stay. Beautiful views from the windows and small patio and only steps away from a nearby Waitrose. Made travelling with our two kids and dog in tow super easy! Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay and enjoy Stroud.

The whole placewas like a home from my home - superb. Location is beautiful with seating on balcaony could enjoy the majesty of thestarsabove on a crisp clear night.

No contact person to help - I needed to ask a taxi driver to help me get the keylock to open and later on I was taking a long time to leave the property because I had problems with the keysafe and I wanted guidance on where to return the key instead - but had no way to ask. I am nearly 80 - fell back trying to get out bath twice and I did find it hard walking up many external steps on the pathway up from the road.

Good for 2 nights, but couldn't cope with the bed for longer.

Clean and tidy. Nice homely feel and local Waitrose very handy. Good views, and easy parking. Ash (owner) messaged a couple of times to check if we'd settled in Etc.

As per previous reviews, the mattress needs sorting. It has a large dip in the centre, so would be OK for single use, but awkward for a couple to get a comfortable night's sleep.

Amazing apartment

This property was super cosy and comfortable it had a lovely large pull out bed with everything supplied! It's location was perfect! The property has everything you need!! And lovely having Netflix and amazon to watch lots off movies!! Also free WiFi to use during your stay this made my little boy very happy!! Very dog frieandly it was lovely!! We're deffently book again bargain for it's price

1 heater wasent enough during the colder nights.. Needs a large rug underneath the table and chairs as when people move the chairs makes horrendous noise but lovely rug would make it more homely Maybe adding a small outdoor chair and table as sitting on bench made me feel like I was using next door stuff!! Leaving a hoover would be great having kids and having to use a dust pan and brush to try tidy up!

Great apartment in a great location, and the two parking spaces are a bonus

Brilliant location - really close to the centre of town yet in a quiet location with views out across the valley. Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Would definitely stay again.

This is really nitpicking, but it could do with a better selection of glasses - I haven’t seen wine glasses that small since the 70s. The only other moan is that the shower head is really too low, I had to duck to wash my hair.

Het appartement was erg gezellig en alles was aanwezig wat je nodig had.

Het had wat schoner kunnen zijn. Stof op de lampen en servies en bestek niet schoon. De diepvriezer moet nodig ontdooid worden. Erg veel ijs, is misschien gevaarlijk? Lamp boven fornuis kapot
