Despite the few (hopefully constructive) criticisms it was a good place to stay

It was very convenient for our needs and lived up to expectations from the description when booking apart from a few niggles. Perfect for a single person or a couple

Blinds were a bit tatty and didn't block out the outside lights when sleeping. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. The key box was a bit awkward to open/close

Good location for town centre. Had all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable bed. Good value for money.

Rather uncomfortable couch/sofa bed. Shower not very powerful. Slightly wobbly toilet seat with lid that refused to stay up.

Considering the downsides vs costs I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location of the property is great, quiet and central.

It wasn’t clean, amongst other things we found mold in the freezer and fridge. We had to eat on a “table” very narrow facing a wall. The sofa and bed were both really uncomfortable. Also, hosts before we even entered, threatened to make us pay 200 pounds penalty if we wouldn’t have left the apt as “clean” as we found it.

Nice flat in good location. Kitchen just needed a better clean and bedroom needed curtains.

Well equipped. it was really helpful having a washing machine.

I had to clean parts of the kitchen (cupboard doors, fridge, plates, knife and fork tray) on arrival because they had not been cleaned beforehand. Bedroom needs some curtains because it is very light in the morning.

Enjoyable stay in a central area for exploration

Good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Lots of nice towns and villages within the area to visit.

Due to the pandemic, we found it quite difficult to find restaurants for an evening meal, and this curtailed our "eating out" experience

There's a camera in the property that will record both audio and visual.

The TV and WiFi.

There was a camera inside the property recording audio and visuals. I was not asked for consent, neither were those travelling with me. I wasn't given any privacy notices. I don't understand on what lawful basis both video and audio would be recorded inside the property using a Ring camera that could not have been achieved by using a Ring doorbell camera. This was not explained on the Booking.com website and also was not explained post booking, if it had, I would have cancelled my booking. The camera is also not completely obvious and I didn't notice it until the second day. The room is on the corner right by steps that lead to the parking lot and the room overlooks the parking lot. This means constant noise from outside, especially in the summer when windows can't be closer. There is no fan in the property, which is fine for later months but in the summer is a pain. Also be prepared to hear every movement of anyone moving about in the flat above the bedroom. Most of all it comes back to the camera. Because I didn't spot it till day two it left me paranoid as to whether there were other cameras that I just hadn't noticed. Overall it was a bad experience and I would not stay in this property ever again.
