Clean, spacious, very well equipped. The coffee machine was a bonus. Lovely location. Quiet.
Needs one more dining chair for 5 to sit at the table. Would have liked a physical manual with all the operating instructions for all the machines and the heating. Would have found a king size bed more comfortable.

Location was lovely
Very damp unfortunately caused me to cough a lot
Bedrooms needs a in-depth clean and decorating, wallpaper peeling although very old property some serious dusting of cobwebs needed.
