About this villa rental
Apt 1 is Indepengent suite .It consist of two bedrooms , a modern bathroom, an open plan living area including kitchenette(there are oven,microwave,minifridge,ricemake ) dining and lounge. It's located on the second floor at the rear of the villa with a separate entrance.The villa near Botany Shopping Center( 5 min by car). The villa is a 5000 sqm garden with various flowers, plants trees and birds . Two big decks for walking and viewing. It is a comfortable, quiet and private place.
Apt 1 is part of the villa, all settings except the laundry room are for exclusive use. The villa covers an area of 5,000 square meters. There are forests and gardens in the courtyard. There are very kind birds and flowers, and the environment is elegant.
There are many rural farms on the west side of the street, where you can see the endless mountain scenery.The commercial and residential areas on the east side, overlooking most of Auckland and the sea in the distance. You will be overwhelmed by the beautiful mountain and city views before your eyes.
In the early morning, strolling in the yard, breathing the fragrant air of blooming flowers, watching the rising sun in the east, is intoxicating. In many cases, you can also see clouds and mist, like a fairyland.
In the evening, walking on the spacious street, you can see the afterglow of the setting sun and the lights of thousands of houses in the distance , the CBD and the Sky Tower seem to be right in front of you.
A 5-minute walk south from here, you can reach the point view Reserve, which is a large and beautiful park. There are many trails suitable for hiking in the primeval forest in the park, and barbecues are also available here.
