extremly dissapointing

the only positive was the location

Hi on arrival we were very disappointed with the whole event of the apartment. It was below even average standards and putrid. Moldy musty dirty. There was no TV, a/c , table,chairs, ThereCupboards with the draws not being able to open they were stuck closed. The mattress was discussting the springs were poking into your back with having dirty stains over it. The bed had no underlay. At the door the joint between the two rooms has a foot cover that covers the end of the carpet which was missing. It had very sharp nails poking upwards though some tape that was stuck over it. It cut my foot,the carpet had rips in it. The smell on entering the room was discussting. No blind on one window by the out side cloths line area so at night persons out side could stand there looking in. There was no security to lock our belongings anywhere the doors could not be locked,the upper room was 2 flights of stairs that we weren't told about, it also had no doors. Owner suggested to keep windows closed because cats will enter through them at night. In the cupboard with the 3 plates there had a bar of soap with dog hair on it. The grass in the yard has very long so was the foot path overgrown. So with that I don't know what bay stays level of excellence is, but we will never use you again and tell all our friends about this let down. Travelling from overs seas to this is appalling. We have left and moved to a cheaper place with 5 star rating,it also was cheaper. We are perusing a full refund. Disappointing is a under statement.
