We stayed there passing through Auckland, it was perfect, easy to find, handy to shops and motorway.

The room was very comfortable and clean and excellent for our one night stay.

Although the bed was comfortable, it didn't have a top sheet, only a duvet cover. We prefer top sheets but otherwise everything was great.

Awkward boon configuration and no fridge microwave either. Driveway has got safely issues. Bathroom insect net should be fixed properly. Instruction on fridge doesn't match with actual(no fridge)

Was perfect for a temporary 2 night stay.

I rented the room for one of my tenants as my accomation was temporary without water due to plumbing maintenance and he reported that he was happy with everything and found it convenient clean and adequate for his 2 day stay.

Great location. Unit was very clean and comfortable lovely bed and bathroom. Didn't meet the host, but communication was very good. Highly recommend this accommodation. Will certainly be back.

Good value for money. Clean. Didn’t like how the kitchenette was part of the house entry way.

Good price. Everything we needed was there. Shower was good until the tap was turned on in the kitchenette.

The kitchen area being part of the house entrance. Hearing people come and go, up and down the stairs and the noise of floorboards from upstairs. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. TV free to air channels weren’t available - you might need to retune it.

Clean, comfortable, slept well, quiet location, great shower, fridge freezer and microwave, milk provided, cutlery provided (small kitchenette is across hallway), small desk and chair for laptop, helpful host, could park off street right outside my room
