We had a great stay for 3 nights in Silvia’s place. The location was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children; we were within a couple minutes walk of the vaporetto, a playground, gelato, groceries, and a bunch of reasonably priced delicious restaurants.
The actual space was incredibly clean and spacious for our family. I would caution that the quality of the mattresses is pretty poor so this may not be the best place if you struggle with any back issues. That being said, everything else was great and this was a steal.

Spotless and quiet. Away from the crowds near St. Marks but easy to access on foot or by boat. On the top floor of the building so not ideal for those with large cases or mobility issues. We loved it and hope to be back.

Nice location, not too far from the main tourist attractions, but far enough to avoid the crowds.

Off the beaten track and all the better for it. Very quiet but very easy access to major attractions. Good local shopping and eating. Hosts very pleasant and very helpful.
