Tout était parfait!
L'appartement a une situation idéale dans Venise, à 15 minutes de la place Saint Marc, dans un quartier agréable et vivant avec tous les commerces et restaurants à moins de 3 minutes!
Les arrêts vaporetto à 5 minutes rendent les déplacements pour Venise et les îles d'une grande facilité.
L'appartement est au top, grand, et très bien équipé! Je recommande à 300%
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Arsenal, grâce également à l'accueil de Giuseppe et Luis.

La ubicación y la amplitud del alojamiento. El estilo también nos gustó mucho.

Gentilissimo Sig. Luigi e disponibile per ogni evenienza. La casa non è in mezzo alla zona piena di turisti, a circa 20min da piazza San Marco. A 5 minuti ci sono i vaporetti x Murano, aeroporto ecc...molto comodo x chi ha poco tempo e vuole vedere il più possibile
A mio parere occorrerebbe sostituire gli infissi perché di notte si sente in continuazione una pompa sul canale che si attiva.

The apartment is spacious, bright, and was comfortably warm during my stay in December. The hosts were welcoming, polite and kind. The place is well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. The neighbourhood is absolutely perfect - loved the festive atmosphere with the Christmas tree and stalls and, of course, the convenience of the location with vaporetto stops just a couple of minutes away, as well as shops, pharmacy and cafes next door.
A few tweaks here and there would make a great improvement (like sharper knives in the kitchen, new cover for the ironing board).
