The property is in a great location. It is close to the bus stop and the pirate ship that goes across the lake. The back of hotel looks out directly onto Lake Ashinoko. It is quite peaceful. The breakfast is amazing. There are 3 restaurants within the hotel plus a bar that offers a free welcome drink each evening. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has an onsen so guests can have a nice soak after touring around. The staff are gracious and helpful.

The peace the view and the quality off the room
A little bit far from everything but it’s still very accessible so no problem

View was amazing. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast superb. Onsen delicious.
Staff were inflexible on the check-in time. We had to wait until exactly 3pm even though the room was ready earlier and we had been waiting quite a few hours.

The room is quite spacious.
The hot spa is very small and primitive. No sauna and no cold pool. Outdoor spa is also very very small.
