The comfort and convenience of guests is obviously one of the top objective of the host. Clean, lots of facilities, and even a small thing like the provision of an extension plug with charging ports says a lot about the thoughtfulness of the host. There’s even a small toilet on the second level. Great view all around though you will not be able to see Fuji as it’s blocked by a hill.
Pillows and bed can be slightly more comfortable. Can be hard to find the property especially if you arrived at night / dark. Maneuvering your car out of the property can be a pain if you are not driving a kei car or a small sedan. The road leading to the villa is a narrow downslope, so be prepared to make more than a three point turn (especially if you are driving a 6 seater or bigger) to head out upslope. Advice is to do reverse park.

Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt dass eine der beiden Klimaanlagen nicht funktioniert, dadurch war wegen der Hitze ein Schlafzimmer nicht benutzbar. Darüber hinaus war es nicht erlaubt den Geschirrspüler und den Backofen zu benutzen. Der Balkon dürfte zwar betreten werden, aber es durften keine Stühle oder Tische darauf abgestellt werden. Im Eingangsbereich und der Waschnische war ein sehr starker modriger Geruch zu vernehmen.
