    We were so close to having no place to stay in. I received no messages/emails from the host from the day I booked the hotel till check in. I emailed the host a day in advance asking for check-in procedure but no one replied. There’s no reception nor front desk. When we got there at around 7pm, we still didn’t have the door code. We had to ring the door bells of other villas hoping someone could help us. Luckily a guest answered the bell and was willing to help us contact the host via the check-in iPad. Then we waited another 45 min for the code to enter the building. We would have to find another place to stay if there weren’t other guests to help us. Once checked-in , everything else was fine. We love the villa just beware of the check-in process .
