    My mum and I were looking for one night in Hakone to experience the kaiseki and hot springs. We were very happy with the service here, friendly staff and easy parking. Kaiseki was delicious, we felt spoiled ! The private onsen in our room was great too. The amenities of the hotel were awesome and the room has a beautiful view of the mountains with the waterfall sounds.

    Nice property by the creak. May be annoying for noise sensitive people but I love it in the morning hearing the waterfall sound. Free private onsen is a plus.

    Stayed for one night in a room that had its own private hot springs. So relaxing. The staff was so wonderful. I can’t wait to book with them again with I come back to Japan.
