A genuine hands on approach. Despite a mishap with the address, the host went out of his way to help.
A couple of tea bags would have been nice. We arrived late and had to go hunting a shop.

The host was amazing, couldn’t do enough to make sure the stay went well! Helped some friends out at the last minute who had their apartment cancelled. Great place, perfect for getting into Halifax and sowerby is a lovely place too!

Good location(s).
Arrived a day late due to flight cancellations and was told the place I booked had a maintenance issue. So I was sent to another property (“an upgrade”). Received a call the next day while in a different town. Host said I had to vacate the “upgrade” within two hours so the cleaning people could go in, then move back to the place I had booked initially. Left a couple days early and hope to get a refund. Btw, neither place had toilet tissue or towels available.
