Pleasant, quiet.

It appeared to be a fairly new refurb. The caretaker was very pleasant (I accidently met her upon arrival). very close to the local bus stops & the local taxi company was very good.

The comuterized door lock didn't work effectively possibly due to the cold weather

Not the best stay and I would sadly not recommend to anyone.

Just did not like the experience in general. Decent location though.

I struggled to get in the property and the host was very unkind and impolite. I got in late at 10pm and it took nearly an hour to get in. I understand that they charge caution fee but when the system fails, surely there will be a back up plan. I had a whole argunebt with the host the day after when I got back from work because I didn't have the money when I clearly stated that I tried several times to sort out but got error message. Very mean and unfriendly host/ cleaner (not sure what her job is).

Lovely stay and definitely worth a visit

The location and the cleanliness and the room, was very spaciouse and easy just as you enter the property.

I had a ground floor room with a large window. Would have been nice to have had either net curtains or blinds at the window as I was unable to open the curtain to get natural daylight as felt too exposed to the public/street.

Fair value for money

Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good but the shower head was leaking so we struggled a bit while showering.

Environment-too enclosed and too busy, we nearly couldn't get parking

Excellent value for money

The apartment was great value for money, great communication from the owner and it was all really clean which was great.

There were a couple of repairs needed doing and could have done with a cloth and tea towel and maybe a couple of dishwasher tablets, but otherwise it was great for the couple of days we needed it.

It had everything I needed, and was in a good quiet location.

The room was cold, although there was a small heater, it was noisy.

Facilities in the room. Not a very nice neighbouhood. Last minute demand for a £100 security deposit. Very difficult to park on the street only even though they advertised free parking

I didn’t stay there, I want my booking fee refunded.

I didn’t use the property. When I arrived they asked for £100 to be deposited to their account (not Booking.com!), which “may be returned in 7 days”. I tried to contact them by phone or email and there was no response. I rang Booking.com support and the support person said they in view of the circumstances and my standing with Booking.com, the fee would be returned to me. I booked alternative accommodation, not using this booking.

Demand for £100 paid yo an account about which I knew nothing. Failure to answer my contact attempts. Waiting outside the venue while going through all the phone calls I also felt the area was somewhat downtrodden, if not unsafe.

Do not go there sleep in your car

Nothing at all we left before entering that what looked to be a trap house.

Utterly disgraceful. I house share in a horrible neighbourhood with screaming adults partying. Me and my partner didn’t enter the building due to the smell noise and general uncleanliness. Left without staying and currently awaiting a refund.

As we went into the apartment we were hit with the smell of cigarettes. previous guest?, there was a dirty sock in the wardrobe. The bed was like a block of concrete and the toilet did not flush properly. Also there was a kitchen bin next to the bed?

Room in a Terraced house on the roughest street in the area, didn’t stay because we couldn’t trust leaving the car as all the cars were either unroadworthy or all windows smashed

Everything was up to date and really lovely. Had a great nights sleep with no disturbance which I was not expecting and had no issues. Everything was really clean and overall had a really good stay.

amazing service from the hoist, answered everything we needed even when we booked so last min. the room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable! TV had Netflix amazing! & oven and kitchenette available, clean bathroom with showering products! thank you so much will definitely be booking again
