I wouldn't know as I never stayed at the property due to miscommunication of a deposit that was more than the room rate not paid on time, noon check in day.

I wouldn't know as I never stayed at the property due to miscommunication of a deposit that was more than the room rate not paid on time, noon check in day. The property manager claims I was contacted by my mobile number (old one on my Booking account) that I had updated that morning prior to booking the room that night. When I spoke with her I explained that the deposit requirement was not in the room information when viewing it on Booking. I have paid deposits for rooms before and this information is there in room information prior to paying for the room, this property did not have this. They send messages through your Booking inbox which I have never seen or had any communication prior and I've been with Booking for 3 years now. With the cost of the deposit being way more than the booking I would have never booked the property to begin with. Very disappointed that our reservation was cancelled when we arrived because they hadn't received the deposit I knew nothing about. I paid £120 and never stayed there the deposit is £200 now how does that make sense?! I was actually going to recommend the same priority for my guest for my upcoming party but that definitely won't be happening. The property refused to refund me any money at all.

Good communication with the host, always at hand by phone if anything was needed. It was clean and tidy and very roomy throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances that you need.Usb points in all bedrooms.Close proximity to local eateries and 5 minutes to the town centre.

Quiet residential area but near town centre

The flat was very clean and bright, in a quiet residential area, but convenient for the town centre. Parking nearby was straightforward. Great value for a two-bedroomed flat. The owner actually rang us shortly after we left to check if things had been ok, although we couldn't have much of a conversation as we were in the car. Very convenient for church on Sunday - lively church just across the road

There was no hairdryer, which is unusual for a property of this type, so I couldn't wash my hair as planned. Also the bedding was polyester cotton which is rather warm. Most similar properties have cotton. We were only there one night but people on longer stays who wanted to cook would find there was very little in the way of cutlery and pans - and no teaspoons at all. Towels rather thin

Overall we had a really nice stay would recommend this apartment.

Spacious property at a really reasonable price. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning useful this week.

Wardrobe in small bedroom did not have a bar to hang your clothes on. Panels on side of bath damaged so a bit of a trip hazard. The bedrooms that were open for our use did not have any obvious access to the outside in the event of a fire blocking the exit to the flat.

Majoittajaa oli vaikea saada kiinni ennen majoituksen alkamista. Saimme automaattisia viestejä, joissa olleet tiedot ei vastanneet varaustamme. Vastauksissa kesti kauan, ne olivat vähäsanaisia ja se aihetti stressiä ennen matkalle lähtemistä. Depositin maksaminen oli hankalaa mutta sekin lopulta onnistui. Wc-paperia oli liian vähän koko porukalle kahden yön ajalle ja meidän piti ostaa itse lisää.
